CYberSynchrony at the European Cybersecurity Certification Conference 2026

CYberSynchrony was proud to participate in the European Cybersecurity Certification Conference 2026, organised by the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA), held in Ayia Napa.

Taking place on 15 April 2026 under the Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the EU 2026, this flagship event brought together policymakers, industry leaders, certification bodies, and cybersecurity experts from across Europe. The conference served as a key platform for shaping the future of EU cybersecurity certification and strengthening collaboration across the digital ecosystem.

Key topics discussed included:

• The evolution of the EU cybersecurity certification framework
• Updates on certification schemes, including the European Digital Identity Wallet and Managed Security Services
• The interaction between major EU regulations, such as the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), the NIS2 Directive, and the Cyber Solidarity Act
• Approaches to strengthening trust and managing cybersecurity risks through certification
